APARTAMENTOS MAPAMUNDI

We booked this apartment while sitting in the plaza in Badajoz and about 30/40 minutes later were at the door wondering how we get in. Someone in the company was very forward thinking and sent me whatsapp messages rather than email which I received immediately asking me would I like a room on ground or first floor as they do not have a lift. They also sent me the link to do the online checkin (first time I ever did this) and then followed this up with the door code/apartment name/how to access the keys to the apartment in the key pad. I was having a little bit of trouble with the link initially and the person messaged to say that if it would not work to scan in my passports and that they would do the check in for me, which was very helpful and appreciated. The apartment was clean and ideally located. We were only staying one night so did not spend much time in it, however it met our expectations. They charge around €11 an hour for every hour you stay over time. I dont know how they know if you have left but I decided to send them a whatsapp to say keys were back in the keypad before the regular departure time. I would stay here again

The Plaza just beside the apartment was beautiful and tranquil , plus only maybe 200 meters from the Cathedral/ centre !

A very nice apartment in a very central area, easy to go anywhere. A value for money. My apartment was in the first floor and that is why it was a little bit humid. But there are also other apartments from this host.

Location was perfect with nice restaurants and bars close by

Modern and clean, nice environment. Quick communication with admin. Clear instractions. Quietly working washing mashine. Even though the building is not soundproof, the night was peaceful.
